David has traded in financial markets since 1984, starting in his early twenties. For 15 years he worked successfully in the City of London as a trader for a Clearing bank specialising in spot FX and interest rate interbank markets. It is there he met Clive as they worked together primarily in the Swiss market.

Since retiring from the interbank market, he has continued success trading his own account looking for opportunities in FX, Fixed income, commodity and equity markets. He specialises in Japanese charting techniques putting them alongside Western charting methods to identify and run positions for the short to medium term, sometimes holding for as little as a few minutes or potentially for months at a time.      

His passion for trading has never dimmed and he enjoys nothing more than looking for the next profit-making market theme.
It is as true for him today as when he first started “once a trader always a trader”.
